Convoso's Call Recording Quality
Convoso records your phone calls in compressed mp3 format. Voxjar works well with this format for automated call scoring, but typically an uncompressed call recording will produce the best results. If you use a third party call recording software that stores files in an uncompressed format, Voxjar can use those instead.
If not, Voxjar uses cutting edge speech recognition and large language models to produce the best results around.
