Login to your TCN account, navigate to Reports->Report Templates, and create the following three report templates.
Additionally, create a dedicated user for Voxjar to access these reports
Outbound
The first template must be titled “Outbound Report Voxjar”
All fields MUST be created and MUST occur in this order. Do not rearrange them or the integration will break.

Set up a dedicated SuperUser in your TCN account for Voxjar’s use. You will need the UserName and Password that you create for this user to authorize and launch your TCN + Voxjar integration.
(the UserName is usually named something like “mycompany_voxjar”)
