Templates

Login to your TCN account, navigate to Reports->Report Templates, and create the following three report templates.

Outbound

Inbound

Manual

Additionally, create a dedicated user for Voxjar to access these reports

 

Outbound

The first template must be titled “Outbound Report Voxjar

All fields MUST be created and MUST occur in this order. Do not rearrange them or the integration will break.

 

 

Template name: Outbound Report Voxjar

Template description: Report of Outbound Calls

Report type: Call Report

End of line characters: \r\n (both)

 

Report file name:

File extension: .csv

 

Include header info row: yes

Data fields are fixed width: no

The second template must be titled “Inbound Report Voxjar

All fields MUST be created and MUST occur in this order. Do not rearrange them or the integration will break.

User

Set up a dedicated SuperUser in your TCN account for Voxjar’s use. You will need the UserName and Password that you create for this user to authorize and launch your TCN + Voxjar integration.

(the UserName is usually named something like “mycompany_voxjar”)
